NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1957CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and MARY CETROLI A/K/A MARY LYNN CETROLI A/K/A MARY L. CETROLI; RICHARD CETROLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHERINE SWARTZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; KATHERINE SWARTZ; CRESCENT BANK & TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK E, OF SKYCREST TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
