NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-002126-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, is the Plaintiff and PAUL S. BUKOVEN; BECKY C. BUKOVEN A/K/A BECKY E. BUKOVEN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, DUNBRIDGE WOODS, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 59 AND 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
