NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1109, PENTHOUSE GREENS, THE FAIRWAY, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4334, PAGE 1005, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 10, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. With the following street address: 225 Country Club Drive, #1109, Largo, Florida 33771.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 20, 2013.
