NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1st day of May 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 13, Oakleaf Cluster Homes, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 32 and 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
with the property address of 116 Kathleen Court, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 2012-8578 pending in the COUNTY Court of the sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the undersigned Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
