NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-006016, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and HARMONY ANDREWS; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MELANIE FOSTER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, SHADBERRY VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE WESTERLY 3.00 FEET OF LOT 61 OF SAID SHADBERRY VILLAGE, AND TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF LOT 63 OF SAID SHADBERRY VILLAGE BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 63, RUN THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 63, 2.00 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 1008.28 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF SOUTH 89º27'33” WEST, 2.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00º36'01” WEST 90.00 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 63; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHERLY BOUNDARY 2.18 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT HAVING A RADIUS OF 1098.28 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 89º27'33” EAST 2.18 FEET, TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 63; THENCE SOUTH 00º29'12” EAST 90.00 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 63 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
