NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015273, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and GILBERT V. CORNETTE; HELENA E. CORNETTE; LAKE BRANDON TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE BRANDON ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A/ DEDRA SANTANA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 9, LAKE BRANDON PARCEL 113, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
