NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and THERON K. SHAVERS A/K/A THERON K. SHAVERS SR; GLADYS B. SHAVERS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, GEORGE ROAD ESTATES UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
