NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-020726-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTICATEHOLDERS FOR THE MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MLMI SERIES 2006-A1 is the Plaintiff and IVAN NIKOLOV YOUNTCHEV; ZORKA SHULEVA; ZAPRINKA ALEXANDROVA YOUNTCHEVA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; THE REGENCY OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALANNA BROWN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 117, THE REGENCY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4978, PAGE 1022, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 91-92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
