NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-020726-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTICATEHOLDERS FOR THE MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MLMI SERIES 2006-A1 is the Plaintiff and IVAN NIKOLOV YOUNTCHEV; ZORKA SHULEVA; ZAPRINKA ALEXANDROVA YOUNTCHEVA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; THE REGENCY OF ST.
