NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-029718, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and TONY GAMBLE; ISOLDA GAMBLE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 11, MAYS ADDITION TO TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
