NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015970 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and MARTIN NORTHROP A/K/A MARTIN T. NORTHROP, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25 of MANGO GROVES UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page(s) 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
