PETERSBURG NO. 300, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 97, 98 AND 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 3806, PAGE 287, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.172% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
