Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 10 BLOCK E OF BLACKSTONE AT BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE(S) 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 412 Crichton Street, Ruskin, Florida 33570.
at public sale on April 18, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. EST after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
