NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-08367 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Clifford A. Miller, Grantham Condominium Association, Inc. , Sun City Center West Master Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 10th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT 52, GRANTHAM CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 10; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12284, PAGE 151: AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13559, PAGE 643, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
