NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-000150 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE FLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and ANNE BANKS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNE BANKS N/K/A CLAY BANKS; MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 69 OF MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
