NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March, 18th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005952 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2007-2 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Hajnalka Kavalec, Roy Kavalec a/k/a Roy K. Kavalec, Waterford at Palm Harbor Condominium Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 15-105, THE WATERFORD AT PALM HARBOR, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14071, PAGE 2149, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
