NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-004554 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, NationalAssociation as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR14, is the Plaintiff and Petronella Sekeres, Seth F. Sekeres, Synovus Bank, Thurston Groves Homeowners Association Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
