NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment After Default dated February 25, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 40, Building B53, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 49, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, page 123, and being further described by that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4798, page 712, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 23rd day of April, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
