NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-026613 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-A, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Melissa P. Kelly, Michael D. Kelly, New Century Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
