NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-030909 - DIVISON C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Robert M. Ecker, III a/k/a Rob Marvin Ecker, Tina Ecker, Tenant #1 n/k/a Shelby Devantier, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida at 2:00PM on the 10th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, IN BLOCK 1, OF TIMBER POND SUBDIVISION UNIT 3, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE(S) 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
