NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007685 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Court in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, ROBERT LAVALLEE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 29th day of April, 2013, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 12-A, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HARBOR HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4114, PAGE 249, AND ANY AMENDMENTS, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4114, PAGE 249, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 67 THROUGH 69, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
