NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 31, 2012 and an Order Resetting Sale dated February 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-008838-CI-11 UCN: 522009CA008838XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wachovia Mortgage, FSB is Plaintiff and ROBERT ALLENDER A/K/A ROBERT C. ALLENDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT ALLENDER A/K/A ROBERT C. ALLENDER; RUPERT A. LANGLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN UNPLATTED TRACT IN SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 20, BLOCK 60, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 75 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARIES OF LOTS 11 AND 10 IN SAID BLOCK 60 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM THE SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE SOUTH 75 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARIES OF LOTS 10 AND 9, IN SAID BLOCK 60; THENCE EAST 130 FEET ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 20, TO WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF NINTH STREET SOUTH; THENCE NORTH 75 FEET ALONG WEST BOUNDARY OF NINTH STREET SOUTH TO A POINT WHICH IS 75 FEET SOUTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF NINTH STREET SOUTH FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 20 IN SAID BLOCK 60; THENCE WEST ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 75 FEET DISTANT FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 20 IN BLOCK 60 TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
