Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY BOROWICZ, an Individual; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; CITY OF CLEARWATER; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants 1, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 53, FAIR OAKS SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
