UNIT NO. 1, BUILDING 16, PHASE NO. 111 OF GLENEAGLES I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5272, PAGES 499 THROUGH 587, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5290, PAGE 1809, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 35 THROUGH 43, TOGETHER WITH THE PERCENTAGE SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1601 LENNOX RD E #1601, PALM HARBOR, FL 34683; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
