TOGETHWER WITH, A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS IN COMMON WITH OTHERS OVER THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT, ALSO KNOWN AS ABBEY COURT AND ABBEY CRESCENT LANE, AS NOTED UPON THE PLAT OF SAID HARVARD ARMS TOWNHOUSES RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Giasi of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O.
