NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-014695 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2006-AR5 , is the Plaintiff and Eva Sikorski a/k/a Eva Mary Sikorski, Richard A. Sikorski, Regions Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, OF SEMINOLE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 54, LESS THAT PORTION TAKEN BY PINELLAS COUNTY BY ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3310, PAGE 44, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
