NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013289 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Household Finance Corporation III, is the Plaintiff and Kathleen McBrayer, Michael McBrayer, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 64, AND THAT PART OF LOT 65, DEXTER PARK FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 65, OF DEXTER PARK FIRST ADDITION AND RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 54 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 65, 105.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 54 SECONDS WEST, 131.65 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 65; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 65, 35.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 74 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 45 SECONDS EAST 136.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
