NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006778 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for GSAA 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Robert Cass, Jr., Charlotte D. Cass, LSG Community Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Sunbelt Lending Services, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, The Lake St. George South Homeowners Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Robert Casee Jr NKA Kim Cass, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
