NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-001330 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and David T. Tower a/k/a David Tower, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Diversified Mortgage, The Unknown Spouse of David T. Tower a/k/a David Tower n/k/a Christy Tower, Villas of Somerset Woods Condominium Association Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of May,2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO 19, BUILDING 3 OF THE VILLAS OF SOMERSET WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 5488, PAGE 2095, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 35 THROUGH 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
