NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-005654-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Successor Indenture Trustee under NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Venera Ahmeigarejevea a/k/a Venera Ahmetgarejevea a/k/a Venera Ahmetgarejeva, Bank of America, NA, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
