NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025651 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH D. GOPIE; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FSB; TOWNHOMES AT KENSINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
