NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-012664 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Owen P. Linford, Sheila M. Linford, CQB 2010, LLC, Clearwater Point, Inc., No. 7, a Condominium, Tenant #1 n/k/a Chet Winston, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 408, COMMODORE HOUSE, CLEARWATER POINT NO. 7, A CONDOMINIUM , AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CLEARWATER POINT NO. 7, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4219 AT PAGE 1252 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20 PAGE 3-6 , THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
