Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered and Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell the Property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lots 14 and 15, Mears Commerce Center Phase 2B, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 113, Page 23, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on April 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
