NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 07-03090 DIV J in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF DOROTHEA SCHULTZ SUGGS, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 13 AND 14 IN BLOCK 10 OF TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
