INVITATION TO BID
The owners of GreekTown Grille are soliciting bids for Exterior Building Face Remodel.

Detailed plans, drawings and specifications can be picked up at City of Clearwater Economic Development and Housing Department located at 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33756 or NOVA Engineering located at 1226 Tech Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619 or an electronic copy from NOVA Engineering by sending an email request to Bob Hughes at [email protected]. A set of hard copy plans will be available at no cost. The plans will be available on March 18, 2013. A mandatory site review and pre-bid meeting will be held April 1, 2013 at 10:00 am at GreekTown Grille located at 1230 Cleveland Street, Clearwater FL 33755. Bids will be due on April 8, 2013 at 4:30 pm and shall be forwarded to NOVA Engineering located at 1226 Tech Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, 33619. Bids will be reviewed by NOVA and approved and selected by the owner by April 15, 2013. Selected firm will be asked to commit to full project.

This is a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT project that is funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Therefore, Federal regulations including, but not limited to, the following apply: Federal Labor Standards per 29 CFR Parts 3 & 5, Procurement Procedures per Part 85 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Affirmative Action to achieve Equal Employment Opportunity per 41 CFR 60-4, and Davis-Bacon Act. Details regarding these and other Federal Requirements are included in contract documents. Minority and Female contractors are encouraged to apply.
