NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 27, 2012 and Order to Cancel and Reset Sale in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-001483 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and GERALD STINE, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of April, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, WHIPPLE`S NO. ONE, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, page 113 public records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
