Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated February 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-009974-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MARIE ROSENFELD FRANCISCO, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit 41-C, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM III, a condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4256, Pages 1307 through 1351, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 99 through 101, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of April, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
