The Summary Administration of the Estate of GIACOMO SPADA, a/k/a JACK SPADA, deceased, File Number 13-897-ES3, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY CLAIM BE FILED LATER THAN TWO YEARS AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
