NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11009663CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WTH OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 285, LP, is the Plaintiff and PAUL HUNGERFORD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL HUNGERFORD; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, HARBORDALE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
