NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005736-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2005-AA7, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and LARRY L. MODRCIN A/K/A LARRY MODRCIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY L. MODRCIN A/K/A LARRY MODRCIN; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, PUNTA VISTA BENNETT BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
