NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA012635XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff SAMANTHA LOEHWING A/K/A SAMANTH LOEHWING; SETH LEVY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of April, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114, CLEARWATER MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
