NAIMO; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A PETER GERAKIOS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 16, BLOCK 37, TIERRA VERDE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 42 THROUGH 558 INCLUSIVE, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
