NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007647XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein FIFTY SEVEN BRADEN, LLC, Plaintiff, and, JOHN WILSON, BRENDA WILSON, THE LAKE ST. GEORGE SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 23 of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
