NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006661 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and AMY L. RAMKHELAWAN; RYAN K. RAMKHELAWAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF AMERICA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 19, BAYOU BONITA SECTION “C”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
