YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HUNTINGTON GROUP MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 5, Block 1, HUNTINGTON TRAILS PHASE 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Pages 64 through 67, Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida. With the following street address: 1028 Chillum Court, Safety Harbor, Florida, 34695.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before May 6, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
