NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 12, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 10-002157CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and RICHARD E. DAGGETT, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of April, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 115, Map of Belvidere, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
