NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-015195-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and LINDA JOY POLOVCHENA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA JOY POLOVCHENA A/K/A LIND JOY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OF PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 28, WILLOWBROOK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 4, 5, AND 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
