NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-008279-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE BENNETT; 123LOAN LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 10, KENNETH CITY, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 73 AND 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
