NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007035CICI-13, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and RAMIZ ZAHIROVIC; RAZIJA ZAHIROVIC; JANE DOE N/K/A DZENITA ZAHIROVIC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, IN BLOCK 44, OF SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, AT PAGES 2 THROUGH 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
