NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-012936-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and LEONARD CHO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 11, N.H. LONGLEY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
