NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-002828-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-OPT2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY TRANO; VITO MONGELLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VITO MONGELLI N/K/A LOUISA MONGELLI; GULF MARINER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 217, OF THE GULF MARINER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 72, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3867, AT PAGE 116, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
